Hey there guys!
I was just referred to this site and I am going to try and give my 2 cents.

I didnt exactly understand the origial message because it seemed to me the creole was here and there and mixed in with some French but it could also be lack of comprehension on my part.Any how I dont completely agree with the statement for the obvious fact thatthe Diaspora community is the back bone of the Haitian economy right now and probably will be for a while until those croocked self-interest politicians get their acts together.

Even if the Diaspora we're suppose to influence power in Haiti they would still seek to because we have monetary interest besides our family and friends in the country.

What should be said is not that, "Diaspora pa doue influence pouvoir!" rather "Diaspora pa doue influence pouvoir negatifment(the Diaspora community shouldn't be allowed to incluence the country in a negative manner".

The Diaspora Community is an extension of Haiti, her very heart beat at the moment, so influence will be exert in one form or another.

We, the Diaspora Community need to ensure that it is on a positive and progressive note so that our beloved Ayiti cheri may grow and prosper once and for all. For a lot of us Diaspora did not leave cause we wanted to but because we had to in search of a better life for ourselves and those that we left behind! Thanks
