Budgeting in Haiti

Iam always hurt when I listened about the way our professional technocrat prepared the fiscal budget for Haiti.

I've said it multiple times and iam repeating it again, we need to use our professionals where they can be useful.

Nevertheless, the government needed to put in place a team that knows the "know how" to draw a budget while allocating government wasted expenditures, at the same time figuring out the country's resources that will produce wealth and create jobs. I would suggest that the government does an overhaul of the household's owner in Haiti, and mandatorily make them pay property taxes.

As making your projection, you will be able to fund your own police, school, social program, so on and so forth.

However, before one can travel that path, the government will need to advertise it months ahead about the changes that will be occurring, and the measures that will be taking to enforce these measures, and make them work. I, for once believe that it can be conquered, but you need to have the will and the want. For so long, Haiti has been bringing its basket to the international world for help. In response, we got laughed at. Mr President, i have solicited that those of us from mid twenties that are living overseas, and have acquired knowledge in different fields are willing to come in the country free of charge to help with certain projects that will make Haiti and the government more profitable.

Once more, Mr President allow us to bring our participation in our sovereign and suffering nation.
