Are you talking about building wales all over the country to give a little buckit/gallon of to households, is this what you called "Bold Goal" water and sanitation projects?

That's how the premimitives/stone age people were getting water.

Why can't Haiti move away from that ancient technology to the 21st technology and life style.

There is no need for water wales anymore, no need for "Lamp Tet Gridap and the use of Bwapin" to light up home anymore.

It is time that Haiti moves to power electric by electrifying the entire freaken country in this 21st century.

Haiti has lived in darknes long enough.
