REAL STATE/CARIBBEAN ISLANDS TO RETIRE or MOVE TO

< Previous | Home | Next >

For all of you who are wise and do realize that not much is going to change in Haiti soon or in the next 50 years.

For those of you who do not have 50 years left. For those of you who wish to raise your children away from the mainland of the USA; There are other islands you can move to and live and work or open a business, if you do have that "DOUBLE NATIONALITY" of Haitian-American.

You do not need a visa to live and work in Puerto Rico or any of the Virging islands for instance.

You can start researching companies for a job, before your graduation.

Start saving your money for a slice of real state on an island paradise elsewhere.

Be wise, one must come to the realization, unless you are already wealthy, Haiti may not be the place for your families future(even more so if you are wealthy).

Here are some tips. You can do your own research.

We are simply pointing the way. There are some homes been sold in Costa Rica for 60thousand dollars with a 30thousand dollars deposit, and the rest is interest free. Tip 1. My mother used to teach than she worked in real state.

Its better never to buy from a real state agent they have to sell high enough to get a higher percentage of profit.

They are working for the seller's interest not the buyers.

Always purchase for a developer or private owner.

There are lists of developers in sundays papers and special real states magazines.

Homes at predevelopment stages cost less, plus they are new you can choose your own tiles and kitchen style.

Old homes cost more. SAY WHAT?

yes they do after all those fees and closing cost, unless you purchased a repossessed home. Plus you may be buying old plumbings and old heating system that have to be replaced.

The foundations may be shifting and other series of other people's problems.

Better still to find a local person who is selling a slice of land and build your own home. Good Luck. The wise person see the danger and hide, in our case we move on to bigger and better things in life instead of risking getting ourselves and our children killed for a slice of unruly place like HAITI.

With regrets Haiti has nothing to offer the 20 plus generation nor the 50 plus generation.

People have to know when its necessary to move on. If video do not play copy and past tittle to www.youtube.com
