A spy agency for Haiti not a bad idea!

A Spy Agency Is Truly Needed.

I totally agree.

That's exactly what the other force should be. A spy agency is the answer not a rebirth of the Haitian army.

I believe those agents should be in civilian clothes.

They should not reveal their identities to anyone.

Their role is to alert the police on potential crimes.

They should use coded messages.

They can be armed only for sel-defense, but not to arrest anybody.

we do not want them to become tonton macoute.

Therefore, with no power to arrest, the spy agents can be very effective in crime prevention.

We truly want people with excellent ideas to continue expressing themselves in any language that they feel comfortable.

Let's make of this site a medium where we can truly debate issues to get Haiti back on track.

A prospere Haiti will be in the interest of everyone, even in the interest of those that only see themselves.
