Petionville is the West Haitian mulattoes' stronghold in Haiti, but we need the whole Haiti to be cleaned and good for all Haitians and not for only for a small minority.

We need enforcement everywhere in the country.

To tell you the truth, Petionville is the first Haiti's capital for the mulattoes and not for the dark skinned Haitians and all Haiti's wealth is distributed in this area to take care of the mulattoes alone.

We need to transcend over our ethnic group, for we are all blacks whether we are dark skinned or mulatto Haitians in the eyes of our external oppressors.

Now people want us to be with them during the cyclonic seasons and we used to hide in the past in Florida where I always denounce that intra inner circle group in Petionville and the greater Petionville suburbs as well. Petionville is not the whole Haiti and we want an unified administration for all Haitians.

It is unfair when one has to compare a birth certificate issued in Petionville's archive to another one issued from the Port-Au-Pce's national archives where both of them are different in content, length and size as well. The one coming from Port-Au-Pce National's archives look very colonial with an archaic French and the one coming from Petionville is very modern and it reflects the look of most advanced countries around the world.

Why should it be that way?

Do we have two Haitis and why do we divide the country into two parts?

I am mad now and that has to change and that is why I am supporting Baker to unify Haiti.

This cannot continue and we must stop abandoning Haiti during cyclonic seasons...

Haiti should be the land for all Haitians, and again no one is free when others are oppressed.
