obviously I am dealing with an imbecile who do not read the news or an obtuse loser.

Anyway the rice from Brazil for example was sold for profit.

Members of Preval circle have benefited from the emergency loam from the world bank, they do not trust that thieving government, that's why they are not disbursing the rest of the funds.
