YOU HAVE COME OR LEARNED THAT YOUR ARGUMENTS STAND WAY BETTER CHANCES WHEN THEY HAVE SUBSTANCE AND FACTS TO BACK THEM UP.

So you see, HAITI do not owe much other Countries anymore and it was given a clean slate by the International World Bank; thus much of Haiti's plausible soltution to fix its problem relies on its people and its dropdead politicians.

This means, Haiti can start negotiating with other countries.

All Haiti has to do is remain stable security wise to allow people gain back trust in com ing to invest in the country along with some renovations of the poor infrastructures there by try as much as it could to re-beautify the island to attract tourism to flow.
