There is damage hair from too much chemical processing.

But I think you are referring to the Caribbean or Haitian views on African descendants hair that lack moisture and very difficult to manage.

There is no such thing as bad hair or good hair, unless some damage has taken place.

Even curly hair like mine requires hair conditioning to keep it soft. My father uses a grapefruit conditioner and my mother rubs Nexxus Headress (a leave in conditioner) to keep his, what we call "kinky" hair soft and well moisturized.Plus he has dry skin, she massages his skin with lavender cream all the times.

He seems to love it. People say words for maximum impact to insult, because they have learned at school that those are the words that will hurt that type of person the most. While that particular person is left fuming, that same person who uttered the insult, has a big black boyfriend from Guadeloupe.

I personally do not like that guy, because every time he comes over our place he raids our refrigerator and eats big portions of everything.

For instance Chinese hair, some Mexicans hair, and native American hair is quite "raide" just like needles.

I was surprised but they do not have soft hair. Kinky hair in its natural state can become quite "raide" without moisturizing creams.

I don't see why people use oils when there are other creamy products available on the market.

Anyway that's all I have to say on the subject.

What people say and do is two different things.
