Dear Mr.President,
Today is an honor and a previlege for me to write this letter to you before continue, I would like to thank you and your staffs for the great work you're doing in haiti right now and I am very please with the results; And also I have a few Ideas I would like to share with you about improving security in haiti for my point of view is to enforce the law by the senate and also privatise the jail system in haiti...here's my point of view

1)privatise the jail system to the government standard.

2)to enforce the law with a zero tolerence...If anyone acused and found guilty of the crimes listed:kidnapping, in-personating police officers, owning a gun without a lisence, thieves ect...

will be punish with a maximum jail sentence according to the law apply 10-25-life in prison.

the reason why I share my opinions to you Mr. PresidentI see a future for haiti and the future is in you. I am a Haitian Businessman living in the united estates of America for over 19 years, but someday I would like to come back to my native country and invest but, the in-security in haiti enduring now must of us don't feel safe and I think you doing a good job so far but...

Mr. President in order to preserve the work that you're doing rightnow you would have to enforce the the law into the senate therefore when your gorvernment is nolonger in power but you're alreary layed a foundation to follow and keep it alive.

If we're finally reach a solution to stop the problems we're facing now;Haiti will be ''La perle des antilles once more''what I mean by that:more security more tourism, less crime more Investor and Haiti will Prosper.

It was a pleasure writing you Mr. President and I hope you responde back to me.

Gontrand D

Truly Yours.
