Rintintin; you cannot blame the poor people of Haiti for voting for Preval.

You must remember that right now, most of the Haitians who are doing the voting are illiterate, and cannot make a sound judgment on who to best elect.

That is why most studies show that a country that suffers such a high "brain drain" has a harder time fixing its problems.

Politicians in Haiti know this, they know that the only way they can stay in power is by keeping the masses illiterate; so they do. Blaming the people for not being able to access the information they need to vote properly is like blaming a rape victim for the violence put upon them by some nut job.
