The manager for this site is dishonest?

Dear Woodring Saint Preux, blog master;
I think it’s a shame that people who trust the Haitian government keep coming to this site thinking that it is a legitimate Haitian government site. They come to the blog for help because they think that someone from P Preval’s government is actually reading their request for help. At this point I think that some things need to be cleared up.
1. Is it or is it not a Haitian government owned site/blog?

2. Does it or does it not have any real connection to President Rene Preval?

If I am right and that the Haitian President indeed has nothing to do with this blog, than there are various aspects of this site which are fraudulent.

Things such as the "Leave me a message" text posted directly under P Preval's picture, which implies that the messages left in the blogs are being read by him or someone in his cabinet.

You need to be honest with your bloggers.

I really like this site and I will keep coming back to it regardless of whether it does or does not belongs to the HP. I just don't like it when people keep trying to make Haitians see chicken poop for gold. I get tired of people trying to fool us Haitians.

And right now I am sad for these poor individuals who keep asking the P for help through this site.
