First, I would like to rectify it I have no plans for becoming the new Haitian president.

Let me tell you something: The Haitian elite members would say to me that I should help right now with the rebuilding process instead of criticizing them. They are the ones that put this colony into this mess, for Haiti was a man-made destruction before the earthquake and Haitian elites are the destroyers.

No one can be a good president of Haiti if the following reforms are not implemented.

I am telling them that I cannot help with the rebuilding due to the I do not own any economic resources like them. That is their job to help now, for it is not the time to steal and it is the time to mourn and to rebuild.

Therefore, those reforms are necessary for a better Haitian society to occur:

1. The name of Haiti should turn back to Ayiti as the Taino Native Indians called it. They were the first inhabitants of Hispaniola and we must return the country to its original name to remove the French curse whose the Haiti's name derives: Hair le Tien pour Haitien and Haiti.

Dominican Republic is planning to change their country's name to Quiskeya or Eastern Hispaniola.

We should adopt Western Hispaniola or Ayiti, but we will have a referendum or a vote on it.

2. Creole should be the only official teaching language in Haiti and while we are using the old French books we must give ourselves 5 years to translate all those books in Creole and after five years everything should be taught in Creole, the language of 100% of Haitians.

We should declare all other languages second languages or new languages in Haiti.

We would come up with a quota system of representation within the educational system to fully implement the reforms.

If a school in a Haiti is located in an area where more than 50% of Haitians speak another language such as French or English, we will promote a bilingual system to protect the rights of those people who speak that language.

Creole should be the only public official language in Haiti and we will not back down. The colonial language should be eliminated as one of the official languages of Haiti to end internal slavery and relieve Haitians from the burden of being uneducated people (analphabets or illetres whatever you will call it).

One will not be educated because one speaks French and the other one that speaks Creole will not be classed uneducated anymore.

We must promote Creole as the only official language for unity and progress in Haiti.

Haitians should be educated in their language, the creole language period.

3. We must end the Haitian elites monopoly by opening the Haitian economy to foreign investments for more competition and free market enterprise in Haiti.

We will make rules to let the Haitian market govern itself to avoid the old Haitian oligarchy to have monopoly and return Haiti to same old routines...

4. We must downsize the Haitian Public Administration to 3% of employees and the state of Haiti would not be anymore the biggest employer for jobs. We will fire all Haitian public employees and rehire qualified and competent ones with a three percent rate to conduct Haitian political and economic affairs...

5. We will provide subsidiaries to private corporations to rehire all terminated employees and other ones to work in the private sector.

6. We will reduce our import on tropical crops and we will promote a Haitian agricultural production.

Regular crops that Haiti can produce will not be imported anymore...

7. We will permit Haitians to wire their money to their loved ones through the Haitian national banks with no fees...

8. We will create a national economy blueprint for Haiti and we will reform the Haitian education as well

9. We will reduce Haiti's international diplomacy by having a solid partnership with U.S., Canada, France wherever they may have diplomatic relationship to have a Haitian accredited Plenipotentiary Consul or diplomat responsible to conduct Haiti's international diplomacy with any country that we have diplomatic relationship.

We will have a little booth inside a U.S. or Canada or France to allow one consul and one secretary to work there and we will pay them whatever fee they want for that co-tenancy.

That will save Haiti a lot of money, for Haiti is paying a bunch of crooks for no reason pverseas...

9. We will create three more highways to help with food transport in Haiti.

They will be international highways and not national roads.

They will be connnected through Dominican Republic...

10. We will create three more international airports to deserve Haiti and four more local airports.

11. We will modernize our maritime traffics and we will build new cities inside the country to remove those that are leaving along the coastlines in Haiti...

12. All those old cities that we have now will be used for beaches and tourism attraction...

13. We will create a new Haitian modernized army that will be trained to help Haiti deal with natural disasters.

We will strengthen the Haitian police forces...

14. We will allow all former exiled Haitians to return in Haiti and exile will be unconstitutional...

15. We will reduce the Haitian departments to five and we will promote five strong mayors and five strong governors to manage those 5 departments.

16. We will decentralize the Republic of Port-Au-Pce by allowing those 5 departments to be autonomous and they will have their own budgets to do so. I will beg the international community to allow investors to invest in Haiti since we can implement those reforms...

17. We will create a new taxation system and new social security administration to identify all Haitians.

We will create a new internal revenue services to collect taxes to pay for all those implementations.

Let me start here, for my plan is very long. Everything will be paid for through foreign investments and national investments in Haiti...
