you can't go by why wikipedia says. anyone can edit that site and at times is not very accurate. all my haitians friends don't consider themselves latino nor they want to be latino. plus haiti now from haiti back them were two different countries... more »

i mean puerto rico, cuba and dominican republic are not even in latin america. There in caribbeans, but are consider latinos for a few reason. There mixed with native indians and spaniards, They speak spanish and they look like most people in south... more »
