With regard to Professor Haitians the most incompetent medio, djakut,
I am sorry, but when I sit back and look at the state of the Haitian people, I become convinced that we, as a people, are the most incompetent people ever live. By keep electing the same people, who cannot accomplish anything, into office that proves the incompetence and the mediocrity of the people.
Case in point, Haitians electing Preval to the presidency a sencond time knowing fully he never accomplished anything for Haiti, and one time as prime minister, proves the tangible incompetence of the Haitian people.
I have many other examples proving the incompetence and the mediocrity of the Haitian people that I don't have the time to go though right now.
Secondly, I don't know if you're aware of it, but having a Ph.D is not a requirement to be a professor or to teach.
A master's degree is all a person needs to be an high school teacher or a college professor.
However, a Ph.D will be ice on the cake. The university that I attended has a great number of its professors with only a master's degree.
I know for a fact that many of my professors had only master's.
