Fine you have purchased land in Haiti, many of us have. But the Haitian laws stated that the land can not be sold to foreigners.

They do not enforce that laws, but they do not enforce the law. That is why you and I can purchase land there.

"We are born in Haiti, yet we are strangers in our own country.

The call the Diaspora the 10th department, but we have no right to vote, no right to anything! However, we can protest for ousted politician to return to power, we can march as we did on Brooklyn Bridge to get the world attention to removed the AIDS label on HAITI, We are good only to Transfer food and money home, but we are not good enough to be citizen! Man, you have the impression that we want dual citizenship because we want a governmental Job. I am sure Mr. ROZANFE that you are living comfortably here in the US, Get a nice Job etc and you are not waiting to have a government job or to be president.

The members of the Diaspora want it for different reasons!
You said you become American citizen by choice, but why! Answer the damned question! Why did you renounce your Haitian nationality?

You must have the balls to answer this question since you have great plan for Haiti.

At the same time, please clarify this statement": ...because in the area and the path I am taking to help Haiti requires it in my mind and view as when the time comes I will know what to do was to whether or not I might/ may re-become a Haitian citizen once again"! What kind of "area and path" are you taking to help Haiti?

Does your plan include the exclusion of the Diaspora! Is that why you opposed the dual citizenship so fervently to the point of being disrespectful and blind to reality?

I respect your right to oppose whatever you want to oppose, but you must clearly, logically, and respectfully make your case supporting your argument with evidences (facts, statistics etc.).

If you can not do that, please be quiet.
