Regarding Diaspora obsession with Dual Citizenship,
All these things can be catered to, accomplished and more without the need for Dual Citizenship.

Anyway, if such law were to be enacted i would hope it would still be with certain restrictions.

The right to vote and partake in association with certain businesses yes, but to hold high office position on the land NO. There should still be procedural steps, phases and processes to go through before even with the dual citizenship right to vote to ever become legible to actually enter the political arena as to the plausibility to possible get to the point of holding a high office governmental position on the land which would and should still require to proliferation to gradually having proved your legitimacy via the given constitutional requirements as to one must still denounce their other Naturalized Citizenship.

They would have to have and would have lived in Haiti for a certain time and must have held indirectly or directly certain creditable positions after denouncing their naturalized Citizenship as to be considered their profile resume which will deem them worthy of high office positions on the land period.
