when it comes to the relation between France and Haiti, I again agree with you! we should have good relationship with the French Republic.

It would be better to be on the "friend" side. The neutral side (not a friend or enemy) is not a good strategy to me! I may be wrong.

I do think that a relation based on mutual respect would be much more beneficiary.

Our leaders have the habit to bow down so low to foreign powers that they loose respect and find themselves at a disadvantage position where they are unable to accomplish nothing.

They enter into relation with a foreign country as " Servants' and not as` partner.

they often display a begging attitude and they accept whatever fall into their late and worse, they pocket it! I hate writing long post and must stop there !
