Funny you say that because some of my family members who reside both in France and New York are still receiving checks for retribution and restitution indeed.

Given your frame mind and thinking, you are not worthy of any Governmental office positions in Haiti.

Higher or lower level or not, you simply just are not mentally sound for anything political nor social for Haiti.

You are despicably the type that (Not even whom) represents all of Haiti's shame.

The lowest form of live contentiously stand a better chance at basic understanding than you will ever...
