Because that is the only way that you could make a statement like "Haitians are the most incompetent and mediocre people on the planet."

The problem with you making that statement is that, if you are Haitian you have just accused yourself, your parents, your grand parents, and all your friends and family members of being "the most incompetent and mediocre people on the planet," as you and they are all Haitian.

If you are Haitian, you might want to think about using your words more carefully.

If you are not Haitian, I wont waist my time with what is basically a stupid statement?
