Bringing attention to Michele Duvivier Pierre Louis, I can see why this could be a problem, but it will be fair only if most of the haitian officials had any kind of morality.

I am sure that you are aware that most of them are abusers of women, they enjoy lesbian orgy, they are susing their power in order to take advantage of the young adolescents whose familly are very poor.
