Président Préval a été alimenté par une vache avec la maladie de la vache folle(mad cow disease)puisqu'il est un agronome et il n'a jamais lancé une révolution agricole, C'est sa 7ème année à la présidence.

Il est incroyable que deux agronomes dans une position de puissance en Haïti, ne peuvent pas alimenter le peuple Haitien, et exporter assez de sucre, et du café pour faire des bénéfices.
