I think that the haitian's constitution sould be amended, because a poor country like haiti who mostly depend of haitians who live outside of haiti, i mean that thost of us who live in another country.

Don't get me wrong, it would better if the country offer this opportunity to serve our country because, we hahe a better common sense of leadership.
