I partly agree with Grosgreen. The Haitian army in the past

Touching on INSECURITY IN HAITI?

CAN SOLVE IN 90 DAYS, I partly agree with Grosgreen.

The Haitian army in the past have been opressive and corrupt to say the least.

But Haiti needs its own security force to replace the UN. Haitians fought hard for their independence.

It's an insult to us Haitians to have all these foreigners trampling our soil, as if we are incapable of maintaining our own security and ruling ourselves.

It doesn't look good, when President Preval is giving an interview or making a speech to see all those soldiers with blue helmets around him. Foreigners on our soil constitutes foreign rule and puppet government period.
