With respect to INSECURITY IN HAITI?

CAN SOLVE IN 90 DAYS, You make a good point.

who is going to pay for the army?

That is a question we must ask. What is going to be his role anyway?

role?

Personanaly, I think we need the army for a few reasons.

THE new army needs
1) To be an institution where our young men can go even temporarily to learn a trade, a profession.

So many young men have nowhere to go, they all expect to leave the country.

2) To help rebuild roads, public schools, planting trees etc..

3) To help the police force maintain peace, and to finally replace the occupation army.
4) Se pou nou gen yon lamee solid pou kasse djol vole, san zave, kidnape, nek k'ap viole fi, diaspora malhonet ki ap abuse ti moun; anpil san zave kite bo isit la pou yo al couche ti moun piti, fi kou gason pou fe zafe malhonet.

Se `pou lame a bien arme ak kokomakak li pou rache tout dan bek mal pou ront sa yo. se pou lame rache tout dan non bek volo ak san zave yo depote Haiti yo, se yo kap rann la vie nous impossib Lame a pate bon se vre, te gen ampil vole nan yo, anpil neg ki t'ap kraze brize pou gren mesi, men te gen yon ti lod, Moun te ka mache.

Men depi lame a kraze VOLE AK KIDNAPE PRAN PEYI A, ANPIL KRIM KOMET, NOU PAP VIV EN HAITI.

NOU PAS KONNEN SA K"AP PASSE.

DIASPORA PE RANTRE NAN PEYI A PASKE KIDNAPE SAN MANMAN AP PARE TANN YO.

Haitien tizorey renmen makak.

NOU tout te aplodi le lame a kraze, men nou pa te we ki konsekans sa ta gen pou peyi A. A Pali papa, Kounye nou nan dlo!

VIV Lamee, VIV DUVALIER, VIV KOUT BATON, VIV CHAPLETT.
