Bringing attention to INSECURITY IN HAITI?

CAN SOLVE IN 90 DAYS, Rosenberg, you can't be serious.

Japan has no army and Japan is no country at all. "It is my firm and distinctive belief to say a country with no Armed Forces is no Country at all. " I like your expose or essay from before but I am getting a bit worried about some of your views here on Haiti as you start talking more and more. I support the idea that Haiti should rebuild an army - well resurrect the indigenous army of 1802 more like it - for symbolic reasons and for participation in future UN mandates.

However, we don't need an army walking around with their assault rifles like if the army is at war against the people the army is supposed to protect.

Some people want to resurrect the mercernary army of 1915; that will not happen.

thanks
