Bringing attention to Qualified Teachers or Electricity for the mass, Rubens, I never said that what was going with the electricity was a good thing.
I was just stating some facts.
As for the phone system, you are wrong.
Only Haitians who have wealth have phones that actually work.And I use the term "work" with caution.
Most other people go for days without the phone.
Many have the phones only to receive calls because they cannot afford to pay for the phone card. In my own circle, I know that many of my friends have 2-3 cell phones, but most if not all the house keepers, the drivers, the clerks, the peasants, the waiters and waitresses, etc., had phones to receive calls but no phone card to make calls.
I don't know about you, but that does not seem like something that should be praised as a model to follow.
