Notre pays connait actuellement un probleme de planification du systen de gestion des cadres du pays. Un recencement des cadres et leur placement s'avere necessaire.

IL est important que le resident de l'etat affecte a une localite, reside sur place avec ses collegues de cadre de maniere a reorganiser les societes.

Ces cadres seront subventionnes par leur ministere de tutelle
