I had to check to see how Djakut was fearing he gave the websites at the bottom of his original post. I read the Haitian case for assassins but not the other two yet. Perhaps this weekend.
He should just post where he got the list from then we can go back to poking each other to death again.
It started with the Military Presence post, then I shared the Perkins quote about SOA and Noriega not allowing the school to remain in Panama although he graduated from there himself.
I think the US wanted to move it to Costa Rica but the deal did not go through since they were violating Human rights ie Geneva Convention.
