This is the reason why I dont like to get into discussion with Savages like Linda.

Linda I have a masters in Computer Science so my reading skills are fine. I just happen to run into this website while doing research on the Haitian economy.

The only messages that I saw were the ones posted by Djakout and few other individuals.

Like I said I browsed some of these messages and what I read, was that instead of agreeing, or disagreeing about a certain subject, Haitians are instead at each others throats putting each other down like there is no tomorrow.

Instead of answering the specific question "Haiti's economy How to improve it" they go on childish, emotional and ridiculous diatribes about themselves and put-downs others.

Just don't post at all if you cant answer the question and save yourself and others the trouble of reading it.

As far as using the excuse that Haitians are poor because they ticked off a major power, there is some truth to that, but you can't blame Haiti's predicament solely on Just that. Currently Haiti has the full support of the international Community the economy has not budged, or has barely budged in the past 4 years.

In 1919 Haiti was invaded by the Americans which as bad as that invasion was it was, it did improve the economy somewhat.

The reason why I used the Bahamas as an example is you got to ak yourself how can such a small Island with barely any resources manage to have an income 10 or 20 times that of Haiti?

There is nothing wrong with asking.

Why a stable environment which iduces investments, good modern roads, a litterate educated populace, low corruption, or lack of corruption, birth control, political stability, poverty reduction, maintenace of the environment.

All these thinks take, education, experience, responsibility and good managemet skills.

The topic is: HAITI'S ECONOMY/ HOW TO IMPROVE IT!

Hey Lwijan, What i was trying to say was that : white people, hispanic people etc get along easily when they have to do something for their country while after 200 years we're still fighting each other. I believe in result, for example America is Am > >

Well. DJAKOUT, you had said what I thought you were trying to say all along: Other people are more likely to be UNITED, better than we can, especially in matters of common interests. & this is where, I am afraid, my friend you & many other pessi > >

In these games of the " haves" against the "have nots" where the "haves" have been calling the shots, we Haitians could have evoided further domages to ourselves by swaying away from self inflicted wounds from our members of past governments with an > >

I've been looking at some of these messages and nobody offered anything of value. The same old negative stuff that keeps holding Haitians back. One way to improve the economy is through tourism, but first you have to attract tourist and keep them com > >

Harry, you are right about my response being harsh. However, I have very little patience with an individual who comes late into a picture and starts acting like everyone else is an idiot while he alone has the answers. Your first statement ("I've bee > >

Furthermore, Harry, when I said that you should do something about your reading skills, I was proposing that you actually read the long discussion that you so "savagely" interrupted with you negative put-down. I never really got involve with that par > >

Since the 1960s, South Korea has achieved an incredible record of growth and integration into the high-tech modern world economy. Four decades ago, GDP per capita was comparable with levels in the poorer countries of Africa and Asia. In 2004, South K > >
