Hi Linda

I am a true believer in the rule of law. I have never been a supporter of repressive governments.

For me a "weak government" is characterized by a laisser-faire attitude where the justice system is quasi non-existent, the legislative body is not drafting any laws or projects of laws to deal with crime or any other serious issues, and the police force is not capable or is unwilling to enforce the law.
A weak government is a government tha is on permanentely on vacation, irresponsible enough not to even care about the country's image.

And I am ready to move on.

The topic is: Comment maitriser l'insecurite?
