Linda what about weak governments?
Hi LInda,
I can not deny that excessive unemployment has not contributed to the crime proliferation in Haiti.
However, don't we have also witnessed that irresponsible and weak governments coupled with a decrease in standard values have nutured this growth in criminality, in recent years?
I firmly believe that job creation will definitely be a serious deterrent, but the government needs to remain vigilant in order to rout out those who are eager to prosper in the crime business.
The gouvernment needs to be be leading the fight in two fronts; against unemployment and criminality.
There are no ways around.
