U got me. About Guy Francois, I did know nothing but the fact he was a brilliant officer of Casernes under Jean C. Paul. I assumed that he must have been a criminal to have pertained to such a criminal entity like Casernes, who knows?
A lot of people died and nobody knows exactly who did it.
About the army, I am not against the institution itself but against its former role; we have to redefine its role: "Disaster relief, Border Control, Reconstruction, a sort of multi-task "corpes of engineers" like here in the US".
