Following up on Martelly intend to charge $1 more for every $100 you send to Haiti, I had to send my cuz 600 for her to get a new place, i had to pay the transfer fee, so if they charge me an extra $6, what difference does it make to me, i alread send 650 so what is an extra 6 dollars?

if you are not generous to non-family, then you're not. this argument is moot. those kids need to go to school and this is the surest way to get some funds.

so if you had plan on sending your family $100 then send $99 if it make you feel better, either way that extra bucks is coming out your pocket.
