Flash:Michel Martelly will tax prostitution and the johns

Michel Martelly is going to tax money transfers to Haiti, international calls to Haiti, the borlette lottery in Haiti.All the bordellos known as cafees or maison de joie will pay taxes, the prostitutes and the johns will have to pay taxes per minute and per strokes.Car and pedestrian will be taxed per kilometer ofrunning and walking and those that are active at night will pay 10% less tax including the loup garous but if the fly higher they will pay more taxes.
