Concerning Martelly intend to charge $1 more for every $100 you send to Haiti, Tiba,
I hear you loud and clear.
If Martelly is serious about reforming Haiti and attracting investment then the first place to start is the custom in Haiti.
That is the most corrupt institution other than the Haitian presidency.
He needs to take control of custom and fire all these bastards and hire fresh people because these suckas in custom expect to become a millinonaire of the fees. customs fees is the main reason why everything in Haiti is so costly.
it's killing and discouraging small businesses.
but I always suspect custom to be a ploy to keep competition out of Haiti.
I hope Martelly understands that it is small and medium size businesses that will create the job and most things has to be imported so he needs to keep those thieves in custom in chck because they discourage people from doing business in Haiti.
The topic is: Martelly intend to charge $1 more for every $100 you send to Haiti
