If you send money every week home it's only 52 dollars average, i believe you can add another 100 dollars if you will find roads, security,education for all kids and when you go back home for vacation or visit your family in the mountains you can drive your car stead of 4x4's or a mule to reach your town.
He is cheap, i should ask for an arm and leg, i think he made a mistake in his calculation, cause he want to built roads, schools,agriculture, army,police force ect.

Pig like Preval didn't even built a road to his village, in December 2010 i past next to his house i had to leave my pathfinder near his property and continue the rest on my feet
