Two Consecutive Terms Needed In Haiti For Implementing Economic Reforms

Haiti needs to amend the constitution right away to allow two consecutive terms like in the U.S., Dominican Republic, France, Venezuela and Brazil to name a few. Fernandel did not have two consecutive terms in his constitution when he became president, he amended the DR constitution and he is finishing a third term there.

The U.S.CIA and the Duvalierists should not control our destiny and we should say that enough is enough.

Jacques Chirac shortened his presidential term from 7 years to 5 years while allowing the two consecutive terms to occur in France.

He managed France for ten years before allowing Sarkozy to become the next two consecutive term president after him. Putin did the same in Russia followed by Lula and Chavez to defy the U.S.CIA one imposed term for president in the world.

We should do that and the Haitian Congress should vote on that right away...
