Look how insane those people are and Toulimin has good reason to say that it is CIA's Haitian Economic plot in his last posting.
This guy reminds me of the American military basis at Avenue N in Port-Au-Pce and nobody talks about the decolonization of Haiti.
The U.S. Corvington Security Peace located in that base serves to protect the elites as well as arresting our former presidents.
Under this plot, the CIA and the elites feel good to make Haiti poorer.
It is very sad and I don't see any exit plan ok.
