Replying to Présidentielles: 55% des procès-verbaux traités, 18% écartés pour fraudes, I would be completely naive to really think there would be any declaration of the votes on March 31st. This is Haiti and Haitian politics we're talking about here.
Fraude and shame govern Haitian politics.
It is not for no reason the so-called "CEP" is taking so long to declare the winner of the March 20th presidential election.
It is a well calculated strategy to FIX the vote tabulation in favor of Mirlande Manigat, pure and simple.
The CEP and the entire so-called Haitian government is made up by all mercenaries, shameful, brain dead crooks whose objective is to always keep Haiti in perpetual chaos, havoc, mayhems, and misery.
This has always been the objective of the "government/CEP" and always will be.
Neither Preval or the CEP cronies care one wink about Haiti, period.
These people are pure evil who do not deserve to be on this planet roaming the streets.
The topic is: Présidentielles : 55% des procès-verbaux traités, 18% écartés pour fraudes
