RE: Impeach President Preval

It is too late to impeach Preval, however, it is not too late to bring charges against Preval, as follows:

1. Human rights violations

2. Voters rights violations

3. Interference with electoral laws 2010

4. Undermined the electoral laws to allow an unencumbered election 2010

5. Acted in good faith to commit fraud to alter the outcome of the vote
of election of 2010

6. Collusion with armed bandits to commit murder

7. Genocide of the Haitian people

8. Illegal seizure of Haitian assets

9. Illegal seizure of government funds

10. Embezzelment of PetroCaribe funds

11. Embezzelment of government funds

12. Constitutional violations to impede the progress of the country

13. Illegal dispersement of Haitian Assets

14. Illegal disposition of government assets

These are just a few of the serious charges that can be brought against Preval and will stick.

Most importantly, the proceeds from the sale of the nation's assets must be seized and returned to the economic policy in order for the country to create a budget with which the government can began some rebuilding and reconstruction of the country.
