Georges Bush was the one to request the formation of MINUSTAH to replace the Marines after that coup against Aristide.

That's the way it is Rooster to cover an American invasion of Haiti.

They always do it with the Oppressed Elites of Haiti.

Haiti is victim of a conspiracy between its oppressed elites and the United States.

Only the United States can request the Foreign Forces to settle in Haiti with the approbation of the Haitian elites to protect their interests.

MINUSTAH is in Haiti per the United States' request and the oppressed Haitian elites'consent.

If one cannot slove this mixed package, Haiti will always be an unstable country and the blame-game accusation will continue on and on. Haiti is under the American Protectorate and this protectorate should be ended to free Haiti forever as an independent country.
