Rich persons in Haiti whether they are light or dark skinned Haitians are a shame for this world civilization and culture.

Haiti has lived 206 years of its liberation in the shadow of those tribal leaders that have no common sense to develop it. Those tribal leaders in Haiti prefer to have 85% of uneducated Haitians just to please their former colonial masters with a funny French jargon they believe that 3% of the 15% speak and write it well. Just to please their former masters, they have to colonize 85% of Haitians.

They are all the same and there is no difference at all between those rich tribal leaders in Haiti ok...
