It is time for America to make the Health and Welfare of Haiti a Central Focus of our foreign policy.
It is time to send the minustah HOME, and occupy Haiti.
We could oversee a rebirth much like we did in Japan and Germany.
The bourgeoisie is allowed to remain, but is FORCED to allocate funds properly, while an energetic rebuilding campaign is introduced.
Haiti has untapped potential as a manufacturing hub in the Caribbean region.
Haiti's agriculture can be revitilized quckly.
It is all about logistics and management, two qualities to which America excels beyond all others.
With American support and guidance, Haiti could ECLIPSE all other Caribbean nations within 30 years! Aerica OWES Haiti; LET HER HELP LIKE SHE CAN!
