Let me add, however, your mother did not borrow the term:"Whose who cannot remember history are condemned to repeat it" from Franklin, as you said. This phrase has been paraphrased so many times.

The earliest in recognition is George Santana a Spanish-American author, 1862-1952.

Another paraphrase is: "He who does not know history is bound to repeat it".

You have made some other gross mistakes, but I won't dwell on it.
Check with the New Dictionary of Cultural Literacy.

I am ashamed that you called yourself an American.
