Need help about land property?

My father left me some property in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

I've read on the internet(USA) that the Haitian govt is planning to buy out landowners property in Port-au-Prince.

I don't know what should I do. And where do I go to pay land taxes in Haiti, while I am living in USA?
