Martelly, please create the Former Haitian Presidents Council as known in French The Conseil Des Anciens Presidents Haitiens to provide advices so we can stop corruption and administrative frauds.

We need to form a Council of all Former Haitian Prime Ministers to have their say on the Haitian economy.

We need to create an Association of Former Haitian Mayors.

We need to create a Council of Former Haitian Army Generals.

We need to Form an Association For Elders to provide advices starting with the ages of 70 to 100 or more. We need to create an association of Former First Haitian Ladies.

From all those associations we will get two members from each to elect The Great National Assembly to preside over any disputes arising within all Haitian Boundaries.

We will be strong again and the CIA will stop dividing us over and over...CIA agents in Haiti need to be arrested and jailed for all political divisions and crimes that occured in the past 30 years in Haiti.

The Criminal CIA agents infiltrate all our instutions and they are the ones to be arrested to free Haiti from their dirty hands.
