Regarding Le Retour En Masse De Tous Les Exiles Haitiens Le 07 Fevrier 2011, Zac I do agree with you that Haitian political leaders should be held accountable for their crimes against the state of Haiti, but we do not have a penitentiary system to hold them in jail. We have created a lawless state and Haitian leaders want to rule this tribal nation with no accountability at all. To move forward, we need to bring back the rule of law by making first Haiti a state of law (l'Etat De Droit) which is absent in Haiti.

We need to reform and accommodate our penitentiary system to hold criminals and Haitian dignitaries behind bar. We need to start all over again by forgiving and liberating all prisoners to mark Year One of the new state of Haiti.

Money exists in the world and we can borrow money to develop Haiti like Greece, Portugal, Spain and Ireland and if we fail in our management some other countries will provide financial packages to rescue us. We need to penetrate the global market and borrow money to create jobs to help others.

Forget about interest rates, sovereignty just go ahead and develop the country.

No country can seize our country because the state of Haiti has failed in its management of Haiti's economic affairs.

I hated Duvalier more than you hate him, but after 25 years what did those political leaders do to make me continue with my hatred against him. Holding Duvalier behind bar will not solve all Haiti's problems.

My brother, we have all failed the state of Haiti; and therefore, we need to start all over again.

I lived under Duvalier and I can tell you what Duvalier meant in the lives of Haitians in Haiti.

I am about to turn to 50 years old and I can tell you everything about this regime.

We need to forget and forgive so we can move forward.

What will you gain if they jail Duvalier and he will never be jailed for all legal prescriptions to do so have been already expired.

Learn the wisdom way to move Haiti forward.

We were all bad including myself and now let's be serious about ourselves to show the world that we are capable to move this country forward and bring back respect to all Haitians.

My brother with all due respect please put aside hatred and revenge so we can save Haiti.

May God bless you!
