Money to rebuild Haiti

Hi, I have a suggestion to raise money in order to rebuild Haiti.

To have the Haitian's Diaspora to send 100$ to open a savings account in the Bank of Haiti.

The Haitian's Treasurer will be able to use the money as collateral to deal directly with the International Monetary Fund or the World Bank to initiate rebuilding projects without depending on the Friendly NGOs. Kimbe la!!!
