I did not believe any particular group is inherently more wicked than other.
Our specie has the awesome potential to do good and bad regardless of the longitude or latitude where they live. However based on past histories and patterns of behaviors you could predict possible scenarios in the future
The people who committed horrendous crime are always in minority in their group whether it is Alonso de Ojeda, Donatien-Marie-Joseph de Vimeur, vicomte de Rochambeau, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, Mao Zedong, Augusto José Ramón Pinochet Ugarte, Francois Duvalier, Pol Pot to name a few.
